The Service
PunkAddicts lets bands create and publish a public electronic press kit (EPK) page and receive messages from visitors via a contact form.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish. By using the Service, you grant PunkAddicts the rights needed to host, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, rendering your public EPK page).
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.
- Do not use the Service to send spam or abusive messages.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
DMCA / takedown
If you believe content on PunkAddicts infringes your copyright, contact us at takedown@punkaddicts.com with enough information to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material, and how to reach you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these terms or if we need to protect users, third parties, or the Service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PunkAddicts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
